Billy Herring is the lead singer of the critically acclaimed Celtic Punk band 1916. He hails from the working class city of Rochester NY, and expresses much of that culture in the music he writes. With over 5 studio releases under his belt, Billy has honed his craft not just as a musician, but as a storyteller as well. With his solo performances, Billy brings a sense of intimacy to his shows that resonates with fans to make him one of the more sought after singers in his genre. Recently, in 2022, Billy moved to Nashville Tennessee so that the starting point to launch tours could be more centralized. A solo album is currently in the works with a tentative release date on 2023.
